House updates

We made a few changes to the house that I hope will make it an easier visit.

The first one is big – we’re now using a tankless water heater!  That means no more adjusting the mode from hot to away or figuring out how to light the pilot.  We oversized the unit, so there should be enough hot water to run everything in the house if needed (e.g., two showers and running all the cleaning appliances).

The other big change is switching to a smart door lock.  This should both fix some problems the handle was having recently and make it easier to get in and out than with the lockbox.
